NCLT clears merger of Inox Wind units

Inox Wind Energy Limited has received final approval for its merger with Inox Wind Limited. The National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh bench, approved the merger. This move simplifies the business structure for the INOXGFL Group. It aims to improve financial health and reduce debt. The merger is expected to reduce liabilities by approximately ₹2,050 crore.
